PETITION AGAINST FREEDOM OF CHOICE ACT
In 2007, Barack Obama stood before the Planned Parenthood Action Fund and promised that the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) would be the first piece of legislation he would sign and in doing so it would “transform this nation.”
There are over 550 federal, state and local pro-life laws that FOCA will nullify the moment that President Obama signs it into law. Pro-life activists and legislators have worked vigilantly to pass these laws since Roe v. Wade was mandated upon the land by the Supreme Court on January 22, 1973. We have to stop FOCA from becoming a reality!
