CA Governor Schwarzenegger says he opposes gay marriage ban

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said on Friday he would oppose an initiative to outlaw same-sex marriage if it qualifies for the November ballot.
“I will always be there to fight against that,” the governor said to thunderous applause at the convention of the Log Cabin Republicans, a national gay Republican organization.
